Planet GS-4210-8P2S Gigabit Switch PoE+120W & 2 sfp 100FX/1G

The PLANET GS-4210-8P2S managed switch has 8 Gigabit RJ-45 ports with PoE+ function, supplying up to
36W per port, and 2 SFP optical ports capable of building up 100FX / Gigabit long-distance connections, depending on the SFP module.
In addition to layer 2 management functions, the PoE+ switch supports the Watchdog function, so that
the connected devices can be tested and automatically reset, in case of a failure or if they don+t acknowledge the ping request sent by the switch.
Thanks to this implementation, there is no need to send a technician on the field to switch on/off a
camera or reboot a disabled Wi-Fi hot-spot.
The PLANET GS-4210-8P2S switch supports a scheduling program to manage the PoE budget. For example, you can power off IP and Wi-Fi hot-spots during the night to increase the security of your data, while saving more resources for the CCTV system.
